Refund Policy

We offer a full money back guarantee on all purchases made on our website, but under certain conditions. We invite you to read the conditions explained in more details below, in order to see the condition that applied to your situation, while following the correct procedure.

Process For Refund

If your product is eligible for a refund, the shipping fee is refunded along with the amount paid for your returned product.

Delivered order Product only eligible for refund if product received by customer was damages & courier company also acknowledge that or wrong product delivered at your doorstep.

To be eligible for a refund, all physical products must be packed in the original, unmarked, packaging including any accessories, labels, free gifts, bonus item, manuals & documentation that shipped with the product.

The time required to complete a refund depends on the refund method you have selected. The refund time starts once the quality check is completed. 4 Working Days (excluding Sautday & Sunday) required after we received the returned product at our location for quality check.

If your order is cancelled either by company or on your request or due incomplete order. After confirmation customer will be provided with Refund Form. The refund time starts once we receive complete filled refund form.

Refunds Time

18 Working Days to 25 Working Days (excluding Sautday & Sunday) for refund your amount after receiving your returned product or incomplete order/ cancellation of order.

Your refund time is also mention on your Quotation / Payment Receipt if not then minimum Working Days applied as described in refund policy on website.

For refund in case of Bank Transfer company will prefer same bank account from which payment has been received in our bank. For refund in case of Clearing Cheque, Company will prefer same Bank Account from which payment has been received in our Bank Account but Company will have to get Bank transaction record from Company Bank and it will be confirmed by NIFT (National Institute Facilitation Technologies Pvt Limited) further time will be required is 5 Working Days to 10 Working Days (excluding Sautday & Sunday).


Return Policy

If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please raise a return request by contacting customer service representative or on website. Return request must be raised within 3 days (including Sautday & Sunday) of Delivery. After Return request within 12 days (including Sautday & Sunday) product must delivered to Company if not your return request will be declined and will be not be entertained.

Valid reasons to return a delivered item:

  1. Delivered product is damaged (i.e. physically destroyed or broken) / defective (e.g. unable to switch on)
  2. Delivered product is incorrect (i.e. wrong product/size/color, fake item, or expired).
  3. Delivered product is does not match product description or picture (i.e product not as advertised).
